John Lee Kujaku Katana

The peacock is called Kujaku in Japan and is symbolic of the goddess of mercy, compassion and good-heartedness, who is supposed to ensure health.

- Shinogi-Zukuri style blade with Bo-Hi.
- Sharply ground edge with incorporated hamon of 1045 carbon steel.
- Traditional handle wrapping made of black cotton in the Hineri Maki style, underlaid with ray skin.
- Tang fixed in the handle with 2 bamboo pins (mekugi) (fully dismountable).
- Decorative elements of metal (tsuba, fuchi, menuki, kashira).
- Habaki and seppa of brass.
- Scabbard (Kuroro style) made of wood, high-gloss finish.
- Only authentic materials are used.

Scope of delivery:
John Lee Kujaku Katana incl. protective cloth sheath and appealing collector's box.
Each original John Lee swod comes with a seal and a certificate.
