JOHN LEE Golden Flower Katana
This unusually beautiful Tsuba copies an original by a master of the 18th century. Since they did not sign their work, these artists are not known by name. The Tsuba is elaborately worked, with golden cherry blossoms (Sakra), one of the most important sybols of the japanese culture. They symbolise beauty, departure and transience.
